GROUP CLASSES

In addition to personal training, we also offer a variety of classes to help you vary your workouts and keep you active. Learn about our offerings and view our group class schedule below:

Booking classes are easy!

Download the GymMaster app, sign in with your details, and you’ll be able to:

View available classes in real-time

Book into classes and sessions

Manage your bookings

Update your personal information

 

Receive push notifications from us with reminders & special promotions

Download it on your phone from the Google Play Store for Android, or the iOS App Store for Apple.

Book An Appointment

  1. Login the Gymmaster Member App

  2. On the Home screen select “Book a Class or Open Gym”

  3. Select a Group by Class (Ex: Group Fitness Class)

  4. Choose a time slot that works best for you and tap “Book Now”

Set Up Payment Method

  1. Start from the Home Screen

  2. Select “My Account” on the top of the home screen

  3. Tap “Update Billing Info”

  4. Choose from adding a debit/credit card or link to a bank account

Project Iron 

Project Iron is a total body strength training experience that combines corrective exercises and foundation building in a high energy and fun environment. You will get a customized approach in a class atmosphere while sculpting your body and improving energy, longevity, and endurance. This class is an excellent way to get the benefits of 1-on-1 personal training in a group setting. 
Best of both worlds. ⁣

BOOK

Download and open the Gymmaster app and search for CaryFit Project. You can access the gym and classes available in your plan. When you arrive at the gym, open Gymmaster to use as a keyfob.

Project Inferno 

High-energy, fast-paced, and calorie torching: Project Inferno is designed to get your heart rate up, so come ready to sweat. Each class begins with a 10 minute warm-up, followed by 30-50 minutes of metabolic interval training using machines and bodyweight exercises. Great for anyone who wants to improve their running performance and technique, boost their heart health, or increase their energy levels.

Hatha Yoga

The ultimate way to relax and let go of stress, no matter your fitness level. This beginner-friendly yoga class focuses on posture and breathing techniques to help ground you in the present and release tension stored in your body. In addition to feeling calmer, Hatha yoga can help improve your mobility, balance, and energy levels. It's a great way to reset your mind and body at the start of your week.
